IMPORTANT NOTE: S’Maniga is a beautiful traditional mallorcan mountain house with stunning views. The drive to the house takes around 5 to 10 minutes once you leave the main road, and then becomes a mixture of a single lane tarmac road with sections of gravel track. The road is well maintained and “typical” for this type of property on Mallorca, however, we would suggest that you arrive on your first day in the daylight hours so that you can get a good feel for the journey to and from the house. If you are a very nervous driver we would not recommend this property.

Cleaning occurs every 7 nights for longer stays.

Half the total amount of your holiday is required as a deposit when you book with the remainder due at least two weeks prior to arrival.  Payment is preferred by either a cheque of via a bank transfer.

The changover day is usually Saturday to co-ordinate with other bookings.  We prefer guests to arrive after 3pm and leave by 10am

Travel and Directions
S'Maniga is approximately 45 minutes from Palma airport. Car hire is recommended in order to explore the area and achieve the most from your holiday. Car Hire is available at the airport, alternatively a taxi can be arranged to bring you to the house and car hire can be arranged in Soller on arrival.  There are several sharp bends on the mountain road which leads to this house, so a car that is high off the ground or a four wheel drive is recommended.

When you arrive the owner will meet you at the petrol station on the Soller side of the tunnel, second exit at first roundabout and about 300 metres, and guide you up to the house for the first time.

There are local bus services between local villages as well as a train to Palma from Soller. The port of Soller has a tram service along the coast to Soller.
