Directions
 When you arrive the owner will meet you at the petrol station on the Soller side of the tunnel, second exit at first roundabout and about 300 metres, and guide you up to the house for the first time.
IMPORTANT NOTE: S’Maniga is a beautiful traditional mallorcan mountain house with stunning views. The drive to the house takes around 5 to 10 minutes once you leave the main road, and then becomes a mixture of a single lane tarmac road with sections of gravel track. The road is well maintained and “typical” for this type of property on Mallorca, however, we would suggest that you arrive on your first day in the daylight hours so that you can get a good feel for the journey to and from the house. If you are a very nervous driver we would not recommend this property.

Take the direction to PALMA out of the Airport until you see the sign for Exit 3 MA-20 to go in the direction of ANDRATX before pulling off the Motorway
PULL OVER INTO FIRST OR SECOND LANE TO GO UNDER BRIDGE. THE TURN OFF TO SOLLER IS ABOUT 5TH OR 6TH TURN OFF THE MOTORWAY.
ONCE OFF MOTORWAY AT SOLLER SIGN GO STRAIGHT ALL THE WAY TO TUNNEL. THERE WILL BE TWO ROUNDABOUTS BEFORE TUNNEL WHICH COSTS 4.50 EUROS. SOLLER SIDE OF TUNNEL FOLLOW WINDING ROAD DOWN THE MOUNTAIN STRAIGHT AROUND ROANDABOUT PAST PETROL STATION ON RIGHT. Continue along this road, over a small roundabout, over the tram tracks and to a roundabout with a monument in the centre. Here take a right - signposted Fornalutx.
 Turn right at the sign to Fornalutx
 Turn left the 4th entrance down the road by a small water trough
 Go straight ahead past this sign
 At fork in road turn right off the concrete road
 Follow the road up - never go down
 Go through the gates with a key
 The gates to the house
 You can see the house above
 Go up the steps to the front door.
